Voice & Ask AI Commands

Every command you can say to Ok Merci (or type in Ask AI), in English and Hindi. Gujarati is understood too; the answer then comes in Hindi.

How to use: say "Ok Merci", wait for the short chime, then speak one of the commands below. Words in [square brackets] are yours to fill in, for example a party name, a bill number or a colleague's name.

Safety rules for every command that sends, creates or changes something

• Merci reads the request back on a card first. Only a clear yes / हाँ / હા (or the Yes button) acts. No, silence or Esc cancels.
• If a name or number could mean more than one thing, Merci shows up to 3 choices and never guesses.
• Orders, receipts, gate entries, purchase orders and taka entries open as drafts on the normal screen. You press Save.
• Voice follows your own ERP rights. If your login cannot do it on the screen, it cannot do it by voice.
• The same request is never sent twice, and every action is recorded.
• Say "cancel that" / "रद्द करो" within 2 minutes to undo it: a queued mail is stopped, a draft line or reminder is removed.
• Speak in Hindi and the answer comes in Hindi.

Every voice action counts in your company's Ask AI usage. On another plan, Merci tells you politely that the feature needs an upgrade; ask your admin.
