Big Photos and Crop in Raise Ticket

Phone screenshots are often bigger than 1 MB. You no longer need to shrink them yourself.

Attach a big photo

1. Open Support Center → New Ticket.
2. Tap Attach photo / Excel / PDF and choose the photo or screenshot.
3. If the picture is over 1 MB, the ERP reduces it on your phone or PC to a clear JPEG under 1 MB. The box shows, for example, Screenshot.png · 3.4 MB → 820 KB.
4. Type the issue and tap Create Ticket.

PDF and Excel files still have the 1 MB limit.

Crop before sending

Send only the part of the screen that shows the problem:

1. After choosing a picture, tap Crop next to its preview. If you used the top-bar Screenshot button, tap Crop next to the attached screenshot.
2. Drag a box over the part you want to keep, with a finger or the mouse.
3. Tap Apply crop (or press Enter). Full picture resets the box, and Cancel (or Esc) keeps the picture as it was.
4. The preview now shows Cropped to … KB · ready to send.

Tap Remove to take the picture off and choose another.
