Hide / Show the Entry Summary Header

Every entry screen (Sales Order, Invoice, Purchase, Masters and so on) opens with a summary header at the top. It shows the document name, its Adding / Editing / Viewing status, a few key details and the Net Amt.

If you want more of the screen for data entry, you can fold this header into one slim line.

How to use it

  1. Open any entry screen (Add, Edit or View).
  2. At the top-right corner of the summary header, click the small ⌃ arrow button (tooltip: Hide summary).
  3. The header shrinks to a single line that still shows the document name, the Adding / Editing / Viewing badge and the Net Amt. The form moves up, so you get more room for fields and item rows.
  4. To bring the full header back, click the same button again (tooltip: Show summary). It turns gold while the header is folded.

Good to know

  • Your choice is remembered. Once you fold the header, every entry screen you open afterwards on that browser opens folded, until you click the button again.
  • The choice is saved per browser and device. Your other computers and phones keep their own setting.
  • On mobile phones the button is larger, so it is easy to tap. The folded line shows only the name, the status and the amount.
  • Nothing about the entry itself changes. This only affects how the screen looks.

Show / Hide account address

In every entry screen (view or edit), the information box shown under an account field such as Customer, Supplier, Ship To, Delivery Customer or Agent now has a small Hide Address button at its top-right corner.

  • Click Hide Address to show only the account name with its GST No. and Ledger Bal – Mobile, Address, Area and City are hidden in every box on the screen.
  • Click Show Address to see the full address again.
  • The ERP remembers your choice on that browser, so the next entries open the same way.
  • By default the full address is shown, exactly as before.
