Merci App Reports - Field Setup

Reports opened in the Merci App now show the same columns you set up for that report in the Merci ERP on your computer.

What the app follows

  • Field Setup (list reports such as O/s On Date, O/s Monthly, O/s Summary): the app shows only the fields you ticked, in your order, with your captions.
  • Group fields (fields marked as group in Field Setup, e.g. Account): rows are grouped under a heading line for each party, as on the desktop.
  • Hidden columns (the eye icon in report column headers): a column you hid on the desktop is hidden in the app too.
  • Excel export from the app uses the same columns.

How to change what the app shows

  1. Open the report in Merci ERP on your computer with the same login you use in the app.
  2. Open Field Setup (or click the eye icon on a column) and choose the fields you need.
  3. Save. Open the report again in the app. The new setup applies at once.

!!! note If you have not saved a Field Setup of your own, the app uses the company's default setup, exactly as the desktop does. The setup is saved per financial year, because the desktop saves it that way.
