Refer & Earn - Refer Many Companies

Refer & Earn lets you refer businesses that need an ERP and earn a commission when they confirm an order. You can refer one company with the form, or a whole list of companies at once with Refer many.

Where to find it

Open Refer & Earn from the Home page banner or the side menu, then choose the Refer many tab. On the Refer a company tab you can also click Refer many at once.

How to use it

  1. Click Download format. An Excel file opens with the heading row and a "How to fill" sheet listing the state names.
  2. Fill one company per row. Required columns are marked with *: Company name, Contact person, Contact mobile (10 digits), Address, City and State. Industry, E-mail, Pincode, GSTIN and Remarks are optional.
  3. Click Upload filled file and pick the Excel or CSV file. You can also copy the rows in Excel and paste them in the box, then click Read pasted rows.
  4. Check the list. Each row shows Ready or Needs correction with the reason (for example an invalid mobile number, a missing city or the same mobile twice in the list).
  5. Tick the two confirmations and click Submit referrals. The rows are sent one by one and each row shows its result: Submitted, Already referred, Existing customer or Not submitted.
  6. Click Download result to keep an Excel copy of the list with the result of every row, or View my referrals to follow the progress.

Notes

  • Up to 100 companies can be sent in one list. Send a longer list in parts.
  • Rows marked Needs correction are not sent. Correct them in your sheet and upload the same file again; companies already sent are not sent twice.
  • The State may be left blank when the GSTIN is filled; it is taken from the GSTIN. Short names such as GJ or MH are understood.
  • The headings may be in any order, as long as the first row carries the column names. Without a heading row, the columns must be in the order of the format.
  • Stop ends the sending after the current row; the rows not yet sent are marked "Not sent".
  • Your referrals are private to you only.
