Welcome to the Collection App Module in the MerciGlobal Cloud ERP Mobile App. This module is specifically designed to equip Collection Personnel with intuitive, mobile-first access to outstanding financial data, enabling smarter workflows, faster decisions, and better customer interactions.

For Collection Personnel:

  • 📄 Instant access to Sales Outstanding Reports anytime, anywhere
  • 🧾 Download and share Invoice PDFs on the go
  • 📊 Detailed and summary-level Outstanding Data Views
  • 🔄 Option to share reports with or without interest calculations
  • 📅 Access to Overdue Bills, Debit Notes, and Credit Notes

⚙️ Advanced Functionalities

🔴 Overdue Bills

  • Displays only overdue invoices, allowing collectors to prioritize.

🔁 Debit Notes & Credit Notes

  • 🔍 Search within assigned customers in the current company
  • ✅ Select either all or specific notes for processing
  • 📤 Share notes via Email or WhatsApp using the contact information from Accounts Master

📲 How to Use the Collection App

Step-by-Step Setup:

  1. Create User Account

  2. Navigate to User Management → User Accounts

  3. Create a user for the Collection Person

  4. Create User Group/Designation

  5. Go to User Groups/Designations

  6. Add a label like Collection Team

  7. Assign Group to User

  8. Link the user to the designated group

  9. Set Group Permissions

  10. Configure roles in Group Roles/Permission

  11. Ensure access to the Collection App Module is enabled

  12. Link User to Account Group

  13. Use Account Groups Master to assign the user to applicable Account Group(s)

  14. Mobile Login & Access

  15. User logs into the Mobile App using credentials

  16. The Collection App icon becomes visible if setup is complete

📲 Collection in the new mobile app

Users whose group has the Collection App right now see a Collection section in the new MerciGlobal mobile app. It has three tiles on the app home screen:

Tile What it shows
Dues List Party-wise outstanding balance with City / Mobile, plus a Grand Total
Dues List - Bill-wise Each party's pending bills: Bill No / Date, Bill Amount, Balance, Days and Overdue (Yes), with a party total and a Grand Total
Dues List (Overdue) Only bills past the party's due days, grouped party-wise with totals
  • Figures are for the company currently selected in the app, as on today.
  • Open a tile to see the list. Scroll down to load more rows.
  • Users without the Collection App right do not see this section. Their app menu is unchanged.
  • To give a user access: Utility > User Rights, then tick Services > Collection App for the user's group.
