Sales Channel Partnership (SCP) Guidelines

This document outlines the engagement model between MERCI Global and Sales Channel Partners (SCP) for handling sales enquiries, project execution, and operational responsibilities.

1. SCP-Generated Enquiries with MERCI Execution

For any sales enquiry generated by the SCP and closed in coordination with the MERCI team:

  • The SCP shall be rewarded with 20% of the total sales order value.
  • All responsibilities related to:
  • Service
  • Technical Support
  • Software Development
  • Implementation and deployment

shall be handled exclusively by the MERCI team.

2. SCP-Executed Orders

For any sales enquiry where the order is confirmed by the SCP:

  • The SCP team shall be responsible for the entire execution, including:
  • Practical implementation
  • Software design
  • Deployment and configuration
  • Post-implementation services

  • All services shall be provided at the SCP’s own discretion and cost.

3. Jointly Procured Orders

In cases where an order is procured jointly by the SCP and the MERCI team:

  • The project shall be executed under mutually agreed arrangements covering:
  • Financial distribution
  • Roles and responsibilities
  • Execution framework

  • These arrangements must be defined and agreed upon by both parties prior to project execution.

4. Platform Support and Intellectual Ownership

For any SCP onboarded onto the MERCI Global platform:

  • The MERCI team shall be responsible for resolving any technical issues or problems arising from the platform implementation.
  • However, under no circumstances shall the MERCI team be obligated to transfer or disclose the practical aspects, proprietary methods, or industry-specific implementations developed by MERCI to the SCP.

Notes

  • Any additional terms or project-specific arrangements must be mutually agreed upon and documented.
  • These guidelines form the baseline framework for collaboration between MERCI Global and its Sales Channel Partners.
