Merciglobal Cloud ERP provides seamless integration with a wide range of biometric and attendance devices. Our platform is designed to automatically synchronize attendance data from supported hardware into the cloud in real time or at scheduled intervals.

All attendance machines supported on etimeoffice.com are fully compatible with Merciglobal Cloud ERP.

eTimeOffice Data Download API

eTimeOffice provides a ready-made API to download attendance machine data:

Key Capabilities:

  • Download IN/OUT punch data for all employees using Empcode=ALL
  • Filter records using FromDate and ToDate
  • Retrieve data from multiple machines using this single API endpoint
  • Suitable for scheduled batch synchronization or manual reconciliation processes

This API is already connected within Merciglobal Cloud ERP, enabling centralized data aggregation across multiple attendance devices.

2. Universal Attendance Machine Support via API

Merciglobal Cloud ERP supports any attendance machine capable of transmitting attendance logs over the internet.

If your device can send HTTP/HTTPS requests, it can integrate with our system using our public Attendance API.

Device sends attendance logs directly to Merciglobal Cloud ERP using the provided API endpoint.

B. Middleware-Based Integration

Device connects to local software, which then pushes attendance logs to Merciglobal Cloud ERP via API.

C. Hybrid Setup

Combination of direct and scheduled synchronization depending on operational needs.

5. Commercial Terms for API Integration

A one-time integration charge of INR 20,000/- (Indian Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) + applicable GST will be applicable for integration of any third-party attendance API, including eTimeOffice.
