MerciGlobal Cloud ERP supports seamless integration with the WhatsApp Official API, provided by various META-registered vendors or consultants. This integration enables businesses to communicate with customers directly through WhatsApp, enhancing user engagement and operational efficiency.

| 🤝 Integration | The MerciGlobal technical team will perform the API integration upon subscription, as a part of ERP services. |
💸 API Usage & Subscription¶
- 🔐 API Access Subscription is mandatory to enable and use WhatsApp services through the ERP.
- 💰 Annual Charges @USD 12.5/mth for API usage are applicable. This includes all APIs for Whatsapp, designed and integrated into the system.
- 💰 One time integration charge of INR 10000.00 per API design and integration per API is applicable.
⚠️ Note: Without an active subscription, WhatsApp API operations will not be available.
