Firewall Settings for Merciglobal Cloud ERP¶
To ensure smooth and uninterrupted functioning of the Merciglobal Cloud ERP, certain web URLs must be allowed through your UTM/Firewall settings.
Merciglobal Cloud ERP integrates several third-party and embedded tools for enhanced functionality across its backend and UI layers. These tools require access to specific web resources. Blocking them could result in missing UI elements, broken features, or incomplete functionality.

Tips for Network/Admin Teams¶
- Use wildcards (
*) where possible to allow subdomains. - Apply these rules to both outbound and inbound filters if necessary.
- Ensure HTTPS/SSL access is not being blocked or inspected deeply for these URLs.
- Perform a test login and navigation after updating firewall rules to confirm everything loads correctly.
