  • Once registered, they gain access to manage multiple events concurrently.

  • Create single-day or multi-day events with customizable schedules.
  • Define event details such as title, description, timings, and venue.

3. User Registration

  • Add event participants manually or in bulk via CSV upload. (As per subscription plan)
  • Each registrant receives:

  • Confirmation via email and WhatsApp (from the company's official number).

  • A digital ID card with a Unique Event QR Code.
  • Event details, schedule, venue information.
  • A personalized link to:

    • Upload their photograph
    • Update their profile information
    • Nominate and update a substitute attendee
