Module Overview¶

📱 Welcome to the Collection App Module in Merciglobal Cloud ERP’s Mobile App! This module is built to empower Collection Persons by providing smart, mobile access to key financial data, improving efficiency and collaboration.

📌 Note: This APP is free for use by Merciglobal Cloud ERP Customers. No extra charges are to be paid for the usage of this app.

📄 Download & Share invoice PDFs easily
📊 View detailed and summary-level Outstanding Reports
🔄 Share reports with or without interest calculations
📅 Access to Overdue Bills, Debit Notes, and Credit Notes

Advanced Functionalities¶

Overdue Bills¶

📌 Displays only those invoices that are overdue, helping prioritize collections.

Debit Notes & Credit Notes¶

🔍 Search notes within assigned customers for the current company
✅ Select all or specific notes for action
📤 Share selected notes via Email or WhatsApp (as per customer contact info in Accounts Master)

⚠️ Note: Sending via WhatsApp requires a separate official Meta subscription.

How to Use the Collection App¶

1. Create User Account¶

👥 Go to User Management → User Accounts
📝 Create a new user for the Collection Person (if not already created)

2. Create User Group/Designation¶

🏷️ Navigate to User Groups/Designations
📌 Create a designation like Collection Team or another relevant label

3. Assign Group to User(s)¶

🔗 Link the user(s) with the designated group

4. Set Group Roles/Permissions¶

🔐 Configure permissions in Group Roles/Permission
✅ Ensure access to the Collection App Module is enabled

5. Link User to Account Group¶

📁 Open Account Groups Master
👤 Assign the Collection Person to the relevant Account Group(s)

📲 Collection Person logs in using their credentials
📘 The Collection App icon will appear if permissions are properly set
