  • 🔄 Option to share reports with or without interest calculations
  • 📅 Access to Overdue Bills, Debit Notes, and Credit Notes

⚙️ Advanced Functionalities

🔴 Overdue Bills

  • Displays only overdue invoices, allowing collectors to prioritize.

🔁 Debit Notes & Credit Notes

  • 🔍 Search within assigned customers in the current company
  • ✅ Select either all or specific notes for processing
  • 📤 Share notes via Email or WhatsApp using the contact information from Accounts Master

📲 How to Use the Collection App

Step-by-Step Setup:

  1. Create User Account

  2. Navigate to User Management → User Accounts

  3. Create a user for the Collection Person

  4. Create User Group/Designation

  5. Go to User Groups/Designations

  6. Add a label like Collection Team

  7. Assign Group to User

  8. Link the user to the designated group

  9. Set Group Permissions

  10. Configure roles in Group Roles/Permission

  11. Ensure access to the Collection App Module is enabled

  12. Link User to Account Group

  13. Use Account Groups Master to assign the user to applicable Account Group(s)

  14. Mobile Login & Access

  15. User logs into the Mobile App using credentials

  16. The Collection App icon becomes visible if setup is complete
