GST API Integration with MERCI Cloud ERP
The Government of India (GOI) has authorized several GSPs (GST Suvidha Providers) to facilitate the generation and management of high-volume E-Way Bills and E-Invoices through API (Application Programming Interface) services.
MERCI Cloud ERP & Chartered Information Systems Pvt. Ltd. (GSP)
To streamline GST-related operations, MERCI Cloud ERP has partnered with Chartered Information Systems Pvt. Ltd., an official GSP. This partnership enables real-time API-based transactions for generating and canceling E-Invoices and E-Way Bills, following GOI’s prescribed guidelines.
The integrated APIs securely communicate with NIC servers to execute GST transactions.
API Charges
A nominal charge is applied for each API call, covering authentication and execution. MERCI Cloud ERP has embedded these APIs within the system for smooth usage.
API Pricing Structure:
- Rate per API Call: ₹0.48
- Pack Size: 1,000 API Calls
- Total Cost per Pack: ₹480.00
- GST @ 18%: Additional
Payment Options
Customers can buy API call packs, referred to as GST Credits, using the following methods:
- Online Payment: Via the integrated payment gateway in MERCI Cloud ERP
- Offline Payment: Direct bank transfer to MERCI Cloud ERP's account (details at merciglobal.com)
What are GST Credits?
Each pack of 1,000 API calls is considered GST Credits, which are necessary for:
- Generating E-Invoices
- Creating E-Way Bills
- Canceling GST Documents
These credits help ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
How to Generate or Cancel E-Way Bills/E-Invoices
- Locate the Truck icon next to each relevant entry in the ERP.
- Click the icon to initiate generate or cancel operations.
- Purchase additional credits via the provided options if needed.
Note:
The Truck icon is only visible when GST API mapping has been configured in your MERCI Cloud ERP system.
