GST API Integration with MERCI Cloud ERP

The Government of India has provisioned several GSPs (GST Suvidha Providers) to facilitate the large volume of E-Way Bills and E-Invoices to be generated using API (Application Programming Interface) services and manage such transactions efficiently.

To enable seamless GST operations for our customers, MERCI Cloud ERP has affiliated with Chartered Information Systems Pvt. Ltd., a recognized GSP, for delivering real-time API services to generate or cancel E-Invoices and E-Way Bills.

All API activities are executed following the standard guidelines issued by the Government of India (GOI). The GSP APIs connect securely with NIC servers for the actual transaction execution.

API Charges

For every API call made, a nominal fee is charged by the GSP for authentication and execution.

MERCI Cloud ERP has integrated these APIs within its system to make the process smooth and effortless.

We offer API usage in packs of 1,000 calls, priced as follows:

  • Rate per API Call: ₹0.48 (Forty-eight paise only)
  • Pack Size: 1,000 API calls
  • Total Cost per Pack: ₹480.00
  • GST @ 18%: Applicable on the above amount

Payment Options

Customers can purchase the required number of API call packs (GST Credits) through the following options:

  1. Online Payment
    Via the integrated payment gateway within the MERCI Cloud ERP platform.

  2. Offline Payment
    Direct transfer to the bank account of MERCI Global Cloud ERP as mentioned in the Terms section of merciglobal.com.

What are GST Credits?

Each pack of 1,000 API calls purchased is referred to as GST Credits. These credits are essential for performing API-based operations such as:

  • Generating E-Invoices
  • Creating E-Way Bills
  • Canceling GST Documents
