Merciglobal Cloud ERP empowers users across all modules with a robust Multiple Document Printing feature, enhancing productivity and ensuring ease of use when handling bulk documentation tasks.

What is Multiple Document Printing?

This feature allows users to print several documents at once within any module, streamlining the otherwise tedious task of printing entries individually.

Where to Find It?

In each module, right next to the Add Entry button on the top module bar, you will notice a Printer Icon 🖨️. This is your access point to the multiple document print functionality.

How It Works:

Option 1: Clicking on the Printer icon triggers a dialog box which guides the user through the following steps:

  1. Enter Document Range
  2. Specify the Start Document Number and End Document Number.

  3. The system will queue all documents falling within this range for printing.

  4. Choose Print Format

  5. If the module supports multiple Excel-based print formats, users can choose their preferred layout.

  6. This is especially useful for customizing prints for different business needs (e.g., customer copy, internal copy, dispatch copy).

  7. Proceed to Print

  8. Once selections are made, simply click the Proceed button.
  9. All specified documents will be printed in one go.

Option 2:

  1. Select multiple entries using ALT + S key combination while remaining in the list view of the module.

  2. Click the print icon provided in any of the row's first column.

  3. System will prompt you for a confirmation to print the selected entries.

  • Enter Start Doc No: 1020, End Doc No: 1030
  • Select a format like Customer Copy (Excel)
  • Hit Proceed
  • Done! All 11 invoices are printed together effortlessly.
