Merciglobal Cloud ERP offers a powerful and user-friendly Multiple Document Printing feature across all modules, designed to boost efficiency and simplify bulk document handling.

📄 What is Multiple Document Printing?

This functionality enables users to print multiple documents simultaneously within any module—eliminating the need to open and print each entry one by one.

🔍 Where to Access It?

Look for the Printer Icon 🖨️ located next to the Add Entry button on the top bar of each module. This icon activates the bulk print feature.

🛠️ How It Works

Option 1: Use the Printer Icon

Clicking the printer icon opens a dialog with these steps:

  1. Enter Document Range

  2. Input the Start Document Number and End Document Number.

  3. The system queues all documents within the specified range.

  4. Choose Print Format

  5. If multiple Excel-based formats are supported, select the desired layout (e.g., customer copy, dispatch copy).

  6. Proceed to Print

  7. Click Proceed and the system will print all selected documents in one batch.

Option 2: Use Selection Mode

  1. In list view, use ALT + S to select multiple entries.
  2. Click the Print Icon in any selected row.
  3. Confirm to print the selected entries when prompted.

  1. Click 🖨️ printer icon.
  2. Input Start Doc No: 1020, End Doc No: 1030.
  3. Select Customer Copy (Excel) format.
  4. Click Proceed.
