At Merci Cloud ERP, we levy Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) at the beginning of each new year. The AMC is an essential part of maintaining your ERP system's health, security, compliance, and support needs throughout the year.


Scope of AMC

The AMC covers the following services:

1. System Performance Monitoring

We regularly conduct thorough assessments of your ERP system's performance to proactively identify potential issues before they escalate into critical problems.

2. Software Upgradation

Ensure consistent upgrading of software to benefit from the latest features and bug fixes, maintaining optimal system functionality.

3. Corrective Maintenance

Despite proactive evaluations, unforeseen errors or bugs may occur. In such cases, our expert support team will promptly take corrective measures to resolve the issues swiftly.

4. Troubleshooting Framework

A comprehensive troubleshooting process is in place to efficiently identify and resolve any emerging issues within the ERP system.

5. Security Measures

We implement regular monitoring protocols to protect your ERP system from malicious attacks, maintaining the integrity of sensitive data.

6. Monitoring Data Patches

We use a cloud-based console with role-based access control to: - Delegate patching tasks efficiently - Track and execute updates across globally distributed systems - Address vulnerabilities and misconfigurations - Stay proactive against cyber threats

7. Software Minor Enhancements

We implement minor software enhancements that do not adversely impact other functions, columns, rows, or values in the ERP system.

AMC includes updates related to legal and government regulations as per: - Notifications from our team of consultants - Information shared directly by customers - Prevailing or newly introduced statutory rules

9. Usage Support

We provide continued assistance to customers regarding: - Regular usage queries - Online support via phone - Ticketing system for issue resolution


AMC Payment & Renewal Process

When AMC is due, a notification is shown on your ERP screen.

  • Online Payment
  • Click the link on the ERP screen for detailed payment information
  • Pay instantly using our payment gateway button
  • Renewal is processed within a few seconds

  • Offline Payment

  • Our bank account details are displayed for direct deposit
  • Offline renewal may take up to 4 working days, as it involves:
    • Backend processing
    • Renewal of server instances on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

Payment Window

We allow a 15 working day window for offline payments to ensure timely renewal before service impact.

Note: Online payments are instant, ensuring uninterrupted service and quicker processing.


Important Notes

  • NEFT Processing Issues:
    Occasionally, the payment gateway may face issues processing NEFT transactions due to limitations with the recipient banks.

  • Alternative Payment Recommendation:
    In such cases, customers are requested to:

  • Use other payment modes (e.g., UPI, debit/credit cards, etc.)
  • Or directly deposit into Merciglobal’s bank account
